
Logan leads W.E. Bowman Construction’s Special Projects/Services Division. He has a wide range of experience in both the construction industry and business operations spanning over 20 years. Logan started his construction career working jobs during his summer breaks and he transitioned to project management shortly after receiving his business degree. Logan is skilled at project management and developing industry leading systems and processes to drive projects to safe and timely completion and support our scalable growth of our business. Logan received his BS in Business Administration from Strayer University.
Jerry leads W.E. Bowman Construction’s project management team and uses his 21 years of construction experience to guide each project we build. Jerry started his career as a project superintendent and spent 10 years operating his own business. Jerry is skilled at project management and utilizes industry leading systems and processes to drive projects to safe and timely completion. Jerry has successfully overseen projects ranging from healthcare, education, government, to complex historic restorations. Jerry received his BS in Horticulture and Small Business Management from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.
Jerry leads W.E. Bowman Construction’s estimating and construction operations divisions. Jerry is a life-long industry participant who began his construction career in his family’s business and has since made a career out of growing highly successful construction companies. With over 31 years of experience in the industry and over $500Mil in project experience, Jerry has a deep knowledge of how to run successful projects and companies. Jerry has supervised, managed, and directed complicated, multi-phased construction projects with tremendous success. He is a graduate of D.J. Howard Technical Center and received a degree in Theology from Liberty University. Jerry serves as a state board member with the Virginia Society of Healthcare Engineers, is actively involved with SkillsUSA and is part of the community at Tikvat Isreal Synagague.
Chip leads W.E. Bowman Construction’s development and financing efforts. He has an extensive background in banking, finance, business development and consulting with over $200Mil in deal experience. Chip has served in several interim executive roles and received the Virginia Business Magazine CFO of the Year award in 2015. Chip received his BS in Business Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and a certificate in Corporate Restructuring from Harvard Business School. Chip is active in the community serving on several corporate boards and is an elder at his church.
