After “growing up in the construction industry,” Ed Bowman took the helm of the company his father founded and expanded its services in commercial and public work as well as the further development of its trademark renovation expertise. Jerry Carter applies more than fifteen years of professional experience to Bowman’s commercial and residential projects including new construction, additions and historic restorations.  His work includes consultations with corporate, government, civic, and religious organizations as a landscape expert and assisting with LEED and EarthCraft certification. Jerry’s experience in larger scale construction allows successful design and oversight of more complex projects.

Brendan Fagan began his construction career as assistant project superintendent at W. E. Bowman. This role not only prepared him for project management and supervision, but also helped him gain the respect of his peers, suppliers and subcontractors. Today, as Senior Project Manager, Brendan oversees jobs and serves as the point of contact for many W. E. Bowman projects. He also serves as Safety Manager.

Chip Edwards has more than a decade of architectural and construction experience as designer, project architect, project manager, owner’s representative and engineering liaison. His skills are comprehensive and include design, project management and site planning. Chip’s experience is unique in that he brings “both sides” of the construction process to the table. From schematic design to finishing a punch list, he provides a thorough knowledge of project delivery to every client’s job.
